WHAT DOES FREEDOM MEAN?
FREEDOM means different things to different people & in different situations. Generally it is having the ability to act or change without constraint. A thing is “free” if it can change its state easily and is not constrained in its present state. In philosophy and religion, it is associated with having free will and being without undue or unjust constraints, or enslavement, and is an idea closely related to the concept of liberty. A person has the freedom to do things that will not, in theory or in practice, be prevented by other forces. Outside of the human realm, freedom generally does not have this political or psychological dimension. A rusty lock might be oiled so that the key has freedom to turn, undergrowth may be hacked away to give a newly planted sapling freedom to grow, or a mathematician may study an equation having many degrees of freedom. In mechanical engineering, “freedom” describes the number of independent motions that are allowed to a body or system, which is generally referred to as degrees of freedom.”

PRAY for Vacation Bible School (VBS) July 8 – 13, 2018. Get your GAME ON & PRAY for the leaders & workers. PRAY for the outreach of this program into our community.
PRAY for our Pastor Search Committee to seek the man that God has prepared to lead Wilroy.
PRAY that Andy & the youth will have a successful mission trip to Bland County. PRAY for the people that will be helped.×
BUSINESS NOTES
Don’t forget about the shoeboxes. Any items can be brought this month to catch up or get ahead. School supplies will be available soon.
Berean Women will NOT meet in
July, but be looking forward to a special meeting. This will be our salad/dessert meeting on the last Monday of August. Mark your calendars so you won’t forget and be looking for more details later.
The youth leave for Bland County on Monday, July 16 @ 8AM.
Our mission project for July
is toothbrushes/toothpaste.
Socks & Undies are also needed.
